Stay away! Very bad customer service! Representative kept promising for a month to provide a quote, never returned calls. Wasted time.

We had a roof done by Waukegan Roofing less than two years ago and we were very happy until recently. The shingles started to curl and buck, so we called the company and they came out. The first thing the guy said was "thats not good" and promised to take care of it. We were so impressed by his response and his promise to promptly fix it that my wife wrote a nice review for them online. This all happened the last week of May and not only have they not fixed it, but their service manager won't return my phone calls. I would be very leery of doing any business with this company. I placed a call today to the main office to tell them my concerns, if they ever bother calling me back or fixing the roof I will post an update.
