The owner is awesome very knowledgeable and helpful,told me exactly what i needed to repair my dryer a few weeks back.A little web help on basic understanding of replacement and the owner was dead on!!! Now i will be seeing him for a evaporator fan for my refridgerator.They just don't make them the way they used to, it is good to go to him and get the straight on what you need to do the job right the first time. 5 stars

This is a great small business that has been open since I was a child in the Waukegan area. It is so nice to get great customer service. I love how this is a family owned business that is truly dedicated to their customers. If they do not have the part in stock they will order it and expedite it. Overall great service and customer care. THEY REALLY CARRY EVERYTHING IN STOCK!!!
