Best price and super customer service and well explained about repair...respond to Agitated:Let me get this straight you spent approximately $3.00 more to get a part asap that you needed instead of waiting a few days. Don't you think they have expenses sir/maddam? You should of taken there offer of leaving the part behind and going to Searspartsdirect. But you not doing so sir/maddam tells me you were in need of the prompt service..

Agitator clutch dogs are priced at only $4.20 on the parts site but would've cost me another 8 bucks for shipping. Since I'm not too far I drove over to Nick's to buy them directly. He charged me $15.00! When I complained he said the parts site is a completely different entity and offered to take the parts back. If he were concerned about customer satisfaction he should honor the price shown on what appears to be their parts site. Phone first! Even Searspartsdirect is cheaper.

Nick is the most honest and reliable business owner I have EVER dealt with.

I purchased a large capacity Kenmore washer and dryer set from Nick's in September 2010. It has operated very well so far. I got both for the price of one appliance. I would recommend checking Nick's first. It also is a way to recycle and keep these large appliances out of landfills.

I Came in to the store off the street with a part in hand. Nick, the owner waited on me, and he knew exactly the part and had it in stock. His prices were very competive to the mail order places on the internet. Nick also gave me advice on how to go about the repair and made it very easy. I will always check with Nick first whenever I need any appliance parts or repairs. There are other establishments closer, but I would rather deal with Nick.

My husband has done business with Nick for a couple of years. We have bought used appliances for our rentals or parts for other appliances as needed. Everything has worked perfectly and fast followup is done whenever needed.

Very impressed with the honest folks at Nick's Appliance. My son was needing a Washer and Dryer. As I was visiting from Akron Oh, we searched around all day in North Chicago. Then we came across Nick's. They hooked us up with a matching set at a fair price. Also recieved a Guarantee! Would do business with them again!
