I had a beautiful wedding, regardless of how difficult the staff made the entire experience. From chasing them down over the phone to complete disregard to any customer service, the Milan is number 1. I literally had someone answer the phone once and tell me that they couldn't take a message because he didn't have a pen. Wendy turned the lights off in the venue because we were 5 minutes over time during our rehearsal. I had just told her that we are getting directions to out guests who had mostly flown in from as far as Mexico, and she literally turned off all the lights. Pitch black. Her response after I confronted her was "wow". No ma'am. Wow how unprofessional are you? Your personal problems are not your customers problems. We were paid in full for 6 months. That's not how you treat people. Let's pray your job is secure at the Milan, because no one else will allow customer service like that. Especially in the wedding industry. Not to mention the multiple meetings that we had regarding reception set up. 2 major parts. Wine was to be on each table and champagne was to be brought out after dinner. After our entrance & the guests sat down to eat, I went to pour myself a glass of wine & noticed there was no wine anywhere. We had to ask to have them brought out. But don't worry, the cash bar was open, so they made every penny they could. They threw away all the corks, so we couldn't even bring home the wine that was not drank. They didn't bring out the champagne had to ask for that too. Upon arrival, Jessica said I should get ready in the smaller bridal suite just off of the ceremony room. I went in with my MOH to find a broken mirror on the chair. I sent her out to have it removed. No one came. Ok understandable, you don't want to disrupt me before the ceremony. We then asked 4 more times. No one ever came to remove the broken mirror that was in shards on a chair. The whole night. I was so embarrassed to have my photographer in there trying to take photos

Great place to have an event. The staff went out of their way to accomadate us at the reception. The manager lady was polite and helpful during the whole process. We were not hurried to sign and book as some other places I went to. The parking lot and the view outside could be made better, but banquet facility inside is one of the best I have been to. all in all I give my experience an A.

Had my brother's engagement party at Milan Banquet and they completely ruined the event. There was some sort of construction going on inside the facility and there were tools, large equipments and supplies by the bathrooms. Our guests had hard time using the restrooms.There was strong, unpleasant smell coming from where construction was taking place. Also, tables and chairs were being set up by staff while guests were arriving. We paid for decor and sweet table and specified how we wanted things to be done when we signed contract. However, nothing was done according to our contract. The sound system and audio/visuals did not work. Staff gave us hard time when we wished to speak with the manager or owner regarding how horrible their service was. We spoke with some manager name Mike Kazmi on the phone and his response was "this is how we do things". He didn't care because we alredy paid full amount days prior to the event so he alredy made his money.

Great Experience! Had my Kid's Birthday at the place in July during weekday. The place is ran very professionally. The Banquet hall settings looked exactly how I said it I wanted when I signed the contract. Food tasted fresh and well prepared. They offer more affordable rates and for smaller parties for weekdays. The general manager worked with my budget. It was cool to have my kid birthday at this Grand of a place on a small budget. Took lots of picture to show off my friends :-)
