THEY SUCK!!! I have been waiting for an overnight parcel for several days now. The driver said that he tried my apartment three times. He lied. I was home all day for two of the deliveries and even left a sign on my door stating that I was home. They didn't even leave a Door Tag on the "supposed" third attempt.

GONG!

Refrigerated package with husband's medicine was supposed to arrive by 8 P.M. Originated in Chicago, shipped to Waukegan and from there .... poof! Not able to provide delivery date! This is so unacceptable. My husband counts on that very expensive medicine to treat his rheumatoid arthritis. Shame on FedEx! Now it is Saturday and of course the company that sent it is not open until Monday.

I had a very expensive package scheduled to arrive my 8pm on a Friday. So I made sure I had someone home to sign for it. At 3:23pm I receive notifications that the parcel has been dropped off on the porch ( which raised a brow because I didn't see why it was left in the porch when there is someone there to get the delivery in hand) I get home to find there is NO package so I waited until 3pm on Saturday and still no package. When I called in they tell me I have to file a ticket for the incident and someone will get back to me. When they got back to me they basically told me its my word against the driver because he said he left it on the porch. But I'm furious because there's no reason it should have even been left on the porch that means he never rang the bell or knocked on the door what kind of delivery person does not attempt to make an in hand delivery its fishy to me and this is the second time I've dealt with this from fedex

I have had to have two packages shipped priority overnight, and neither one arrived on time! They are horrible. I would not even give them one star but I had to in order to write this review. There is not even a phone number to call the location at. The only thing that you can do is call the 800 number and they have no clue what they are doing. They are also rude. If it happened once, that would be one thing, but twice in a row is unbelievable!
