I went this past Sunday and did not expect it to be overcrowded, but it was for the first time. I came here because of the free dryers. This place is just going downhill since the owner is trying to save every penny. These are the things that happened in just one visit: 1 It is like ten degrees outside and no heat in laundry mat. 2 Too make matters worse, 14 dryers on one side of the laundry mat was not to be touched or they would charge you for drying. They did work, but they were trying to reduce the free dryers in a crowded laundry mat. I was here for 4 hours because customers were fighting for dryers. 3. Half of all the washing machines and some free dryers were out of order. 2 out the 3 washing machines did not work efficiently. One machine rattled every time it came to drain the water. The other machine did not take all the soap. 4 There is no hot water at all in this place. 5 most of the lights were turned off, then when it started getting dark outside they turned the rest on. 6 The machines have foul smells and the laundry mat was dirty all over. 7 An attendant was turning all the dryers from high heat to medium heat. I keep turning my side all dryers to high heat. They had no business doing this, It took longer to dry the clothes, one hour and fifteen minutes to be exact. Ridiculous!
