Trees R Us does a lot of work in my area, and they have done a good job for me on both large and small tree services. I trust them, and they are competitively priced for the level of service.

They didn't confirm which date they were coming. When they removed the stump they didn't grind it all the way out. This is the absolute far worst Tree Service company i have ever been encountered in. I recommend not ever trying this tree company, And there prices were out rages!

I highly recommend Trees R Us. I had them out for some tree trimming and they did an excellent job. I was surprised by the professionalism of the workers and how courteous they were to me and my family. There was a huge mess after the trimming and I thought for sure I'd be out there picking up the debris they missed, as I've used tree services before that have not been that attentive. But, no! They picked ALL of it up, in fact, I think the lot was cleaner after they left than before! Great customer service and attention to detail. I will use them again.

Trees R Us is an excellent tree service company. I've used many tree services in the past and they are by far the best , the most professional and most knowledgeable tree service I have used. I was impressed by how courteous their workers were while at my home. They were careful around the kids and dogs and even moved their vehicles so my kids could have more room to play. I had them out to trim some trees and give me some advice with others. I was surprised to meet the owner, Nick, and learn that he is a certified arborist. It really showed as he knew exactly what was going on with some of my trees and how to treat it. Superior service, excellent work.

Late for estimate...trucks & laborers showed without confirming which day and were rude. Kent told me twice he would call to schedule me and never did. My last call he stated he was out of town and would call me when he gets back. I wasted two weeks.

Very poor communication. Does not return phone calls/messages. The price was right, but trying to talk with anybody at this company made things more frustrating than it was worth.

Very poor communication. They would not return multiple messages for over a week after signing their contract, and still won't return my calls. The one time I did speak with someone, on the day they wanted to do the job, we agreed to reschedule so I can move my car off the driveway. When I got home I found they cut down the tree with my car still on the driveway, never removed the tree stump, and still won't return my phone calls. These guys may have had a lower price than some of their competitors, but I've found that even with something as straightforward as tree removal, you get what you pay for.

I was very pleased with your work. Guys were on time and polite. Cleaned up all debris from tree trimming. The plants you picked for the landscape part of the job are still looking great. Thanks so much for a job well done.

Left me with $2700 in city fines, as they did not tell me there were permits needed, even though they KNEW permits were needed. Would not help me out with the fines, as there is no "legal" obligation
