My two dogs LOVE coming here! As soon as we turn onto Route 22, they get so excited in the car! We pull into the parking lot, and they go crazy with joy! I love the girls that work the front (Alison, Tanya and Diana are their names, I think...). They are always pleasant and happy to see us coming!

We love that Oakview posts pictures of the dogs in daycare on their facebook page! I can't wait until my lunch break every day to see who's there and what my girls are up to.

And the best part is that at the end of the day, they always come home again tired and happy and ready for a good snuggle on the couch!

Both locations should be shut down...for those that think they are great...your animals are in danger..boy do I wish they could talk to you!! Daycare is nothing but a stressful time for your animals here.. The boarding animals are left alone from 7pm to 7am....not a human in the buildings...ask yourself what would happen if the building caught fire?

Anyone can go check on your dog at lake Zurich after hours.. NO ONE is there!!! So sad many people respect this place...if you only knew!!!!

Oakview charges the day our dog is dropped off instead of a 24 hour period. The Saturday kennel hours are short--they close at 2:00--so if you are going downtown for the night, it is impossible to get back by 2:00 pm and this pushes another day of boarding to sunday~~I believe they do this on purpose.~ for my pet that is a $75 weekend ($25/day) and then they charge for going outside? Ridculous.

I recently visited Oakview Pet Resort, and was astounded by the cleanliness of their facility. I had no problems getting a tour and the young woman who showed me around was very pleasant and informative. Since then, I have boarded my dog a 3 times and my pup didnt want to leave! I highly recommend this boarding facility as oppose to others in the area.

I have had a wonderful experience at Oakview. Joyce and Katie are the most wonderful and attentive staff members.

Joyce is amazing with nutrition. She also is a great agility instructor and pet care tech. WE feel BLESSED to take our Animals to Oakview.

when i went to visit this kennel for the first time i asked to be shown around this kennel and was told i was not allowed to go into the back because they were "cleaning" went back a few days later and was told the same thing. DOG OWNERS any kennel with a state license you are alowed to inspect. dont let them tell you cant go back because of insurince purposes. thats doggy doo doo
