The worst, my puppy was spayed, now she has a UTI, the place is dirty. They didn't care about my puppy when I called. I had to take her to another vet. If you are reading this please take your pet someplace else. The only reason I gave this place one star it was the least I could pick.

This is the most horrible place I have ever been. The receptionist was rude and obnoxious. The only reason I went there was because it was required that the dog I adopted at petsmart be taken back for its last set of shots. They refused to let me leave with the dog because I didn't want him neutered. I wouldn't let them neuter a flea! The Dr himself was very nice but if you care at all about your pets DO NOT take them here.

Terrible place. The girl at the front desk is very rude, I'd rather pay more at another vet and get better service than this cheap place with stinky attitudes!

6 weeks ago when my puppy was born the OWNER who was my neighbor took him into this hell hole of an office because it was an emergency. Baby goliath was born dead. While they sat in the office with the mother and the 2 pups my husband brought baby goliath back to life. They continues to sit there for close to an hour. Dr Lovett supposedly looked at the mother and baby goliath and stated I quote" there is absolutely nothing wrong with this puppy he will be just fine." Looked at him and said he is 100% healthy and sent them home. Tomorrow would have been goliath's 6 week birthday but I had to put him down today because of Dr lovetts clear stupidity. When he felt my puppies head and looked at him he should have realized there was something wrong. DON'T I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

If you love your animals DON'T TAKE THEM HERE! Lets see where do I start? A couple years ago I had a dog that had an obstruction and they removed it. I would go to see him and they will kick me out. Unfortunately he didn't make it and i was not notified that he had passed. When I called to check up on him that's when they told me he passed. I had sent him to get cremated and God knows how long my dog was a decoration on their counter. A week later when I called to see if he was there I get an "Oh yeah hes been here." You would also think that they would be like "oh this pet is getting cremated they must really care for it let me take off their collar so their owner can keep it." Nope my dog was cremated with his collar on. I had taken another dog there and it went well. So this last time I went I figured hell my last visit went well i'll take my other dog here for what I believed to be an obstruction, he was showing signs my other dog did. And they are a little budget friendly. ( I had 3 dogs.) WHAT A MISTAKE they look him over and take a temp and he had a slight fever and the Dr. was like we have to operated today this could be a problem. We will operated after lunch. So I tell the Dr. do what ever you have to do to save my dog, and if they can vaccinate him. And he tells me after surgery if everything goes well. I leave my dog there, mind you I've had him since he was 5 weeks old and was about to be 6. I have never left him anywhere and he's really attached to me. 4pm comes and I hear nothing. I send my ex who lives across the street to check up on him. And I get a text from him. Don't ever come back to his f'ing place. But wouldn't tell me why so he shows up at my job with my dog. He tells me that one of the ladies was yelling at my dog and being really rough with him and it sounded like she slammed him into something, and told him he looks fine take him because hes over crowding them. But he wouldn't let me go up there because he wasn't sure, and didn't want me to make a scene. They also tell him that they will call me. I never got a call. I took him to the vet I had taken him to for all his shots. I get him looked over and also had him vaccinated. A couple weeks later I get the bill from this place and they had vaccinated him and everything. I was furious because of their professionalism my dog was vaccinated twice and I didn't even get my tag from that office. Never again. I also took a cat that I had found at work there and Leah I believe her name is was so unprofessional. she made me feel like it was my fault I couldn't take care of the cat.

cannot believe they are even THINKING of bringing that poor burnt Pit Hope to this place.

I had taken 4 of my cats there to be spayed bcuz of the price. It stinks and is dirty but all went well. My last visit i brought bitty&kitty to be spayed. I brought them home& 2days later they were both sneezing. I took them both back in. Thats the 1st timei got to meet dr.lovett. he did not even take my kitties out of the cage but filled a needle and stuck his hands into the cage. I trusted he knew what he was doing. The next day 3 of my other cats started sneezing. Again i brought them in and again a shot. Next day my last 3 cats were sick and the others were now twice as sick. I looked up on internet some info concerning the shot. What i learned was devastating. Its a drug called convenia. My cats are almost comatose. They are far worse than b4 the shot. When i took them in again. He got sn attitude with me bcuz i wanted him to tell me exactly what they caught from his little shop of horrors.All my cats are going to a new vet today to hopefully save them from this sickness.All but one that is. Bcuz bitty died today. She went in to be spayed a week ago and now shes dead. To save some money i went to thr hardee clinic and now bitty is dead. I will never forgive myself. Stay away from that cheap dump.

The Clinic was not at Lays Feed store in Lakeland, Fl. last Sat. morning so WHEN? will they be there? Need my Trifexis for my dog/Sissy. Now, her records will show her being late with her dose.

The place is unclean and there are cats roaming around everywhere. The cats scratch the animals in the face and when the animals try to chase the cats in defense, the receptionist yells at you. My dog had to get neuter but he only had one testicle. When I called to ask them how much, they said $35 and when I told them my dog only had one. They told me that all neuters and spays were $35. When I went to pay the next day, it was $75 and they told me it was because he only had one so they had to go up and get it. When I emailed them, they never emailed back to acknowledge. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible! Absolutely horrible experience. The ladies in the office were rude before I even made an appointment. I chose this vet because I had picked up a business card where I work and a few people went here before for low cost spay & neuters. When I dropped my dog off the girl checking us in was not very friendly at all. I figured she might be having a bad day so I just tried to be as nice as possible. When she took the leash from me my dog put the brakes on and the girl didn’t even bother sweet talking her into walking, she just went to pulling her down the hall. I asked if it would help if I walked with her and she said in a very sarcastic manner “Maybe I don’t know.” So I did and immediately the dog walked with us. When we got to the other end of the hall another woman asked in a very mean spirited manner “What is she doing back her?” to which the other girl replied “I don’t know, the dog wouldn’t walk.” I should have just left with my dog but needed to get the spay done. When I picked my dog up at the end of the day they continued to be rude and I was in tears all the way home just thinking about how badly we were treated. I never even got to see the vet, just had to deal with his grossly offensive staff. I’ll never go back and would not recommend them to my worst enemy! --- Also had to take her to another vet a week later due to infection. That office had much better staff that seemed like they truly cared about there customers pets.

the people are very kind and have the best price I have seen for spay or neuter .cat and dogs are the same price only $35 I had mine and one of my friends dogs spayed and I will be bring my other animals to them from now on. they are wonderful people.They are animal rescue place and they run on donations if you have any old blankets you don't use or toys they can always use them I am sure we all can find stuff they could use around they house I am going to start cleaning out am cabnet toinght
