Beware....i went in to get an alignment,after awhile the man came out and said that he couldnt align it properly and did the best he could but i needed $1200 of work on my suspension to get it done right and charged me $95 for the alignment..,he said i needed tie rods and ball joints...well iv'e been workin on cars all my life and a vehicle with 60,000 miles on it should not need tie rods and ball joints...i pulled out of the garage and went down the street and my steering wheel was turned to the left so i went back and asked him why my steering was strait when i came in and not when i left,he proceded to tell me it was my tie rods and ball joints....that day i made an appointment at another tire shop and took it there the next day,they checked it out and told me there was nothing wrong with my tie rods and ball joints,did another alignment and everything is good now....i would not recommend this establishment....go elsewhere!!

Two years ago, Bill's repaired (rather than replace) the exhaust system on my 2005 Scion xB for an incredibly low cost - saving me potentially hundreds of dollars.

This past week - nearly two years to the day - they ONCE AGAIN effect a minor repair to that same exhaust system at another incredibly low cost... postponing yet again an outlay that may eventually exceed $500:
I'd dropped in late in the day - hoping against hope, they might be able to "work their magic" once again - and not only were they able to accomplish that feat, they did it right then and there... commencing repairs within ten minutes of my unannounced arrival!

Nothing but the highest praise - and widespread recommendations - from this more-than-satisfied customer!

This place is a rip off. They recommended my son order a part for his truck which he did. They offered to put the part on for $100. He declined and took it to a mechanic. The truck, which was practically new did not need the part. The only problem with the steering just needed an adjustment, which cost my son nothing. Bill's Muffler would not take the part back. We are going to sue in him small claims court. BEWARE!!!
