Great inspection. Was really surprised how in-depth the inspection was. The report was done the same day and with pictures. Being a first time buyer Mr Nies took more than enough time to help me understand about the home. THANKS AGAIN!

We needed a roof inspection. The owner said it was new last year. We hired Mr. Nies to look at the roof. Mr. Nies did a great job we found out the age in detail. The roof was not new and not flashed properly and leaking. What a money saver that was! I can't think what would have happened if we would have not had it inspected. THANKS!

The best inspector! The best report! The inspector that took the time needed to give me the best report (4hrs. ). The report was needed ASAP! The report was done the same day, I left with report on CD with pictures. Recommend to anyone.

This was my 4th time using Larry to inspect a Home that I was interested in buying. He's inspected both new and older homes. He always comes back with a long list of items and Realy takes the time to check out everything. I definitely recommend him in the future and plan on using him again. He has saved me thousands of dollars in repairs.

I'm 94 selling my home. I had Mr. Nies inspect it. When he was finished the report was on this disc. I have a computer but I don't know how to use it. He took the time to show me how to print it out and email the report to my son. Nice person great inspector.

Mr. Nies just finished inspecting my home. He did a much better job than the inspector my realtor recommend to do the home I purchased. Plus the report was done before he left, I'm still waiting for mine.

WOW That's all I can say. How can one person know that much about buildings. He said he spoke house and all you have to do is listen. Then wright it down. Then give me a picture of it.

Me. Nies did an amazing job with the home inspection. I never realized how many things that could and should be properly evaluated when buying a home. Being a first time home owner it was a real eye opener. He provided pictures of all the areas and was able to show me how something should look like compared to how it appeared regarding the home we were liking to purchase. What was was most impressive was the feeling I had that Mr. Nies was working for me and not just trying to get an inspection done so that the realtor would be happy. I would highly recommend finding an independent inspector like Mr. Nies and not an inspector "recommended" by your agent.

Had a commercial building inspection completed for a building we were interested in buying. Larry arrived promptly and preformed his complete inspection. Larry reviewed the complete report with us - one item at a time - and provided a copy of the report. He was very thorough and paid particular attention to our areas of concern. I would hire him again.

NPI Nies arranged access to the home. Larry spent several hours doing a "very thorough inspection" and setting up the radon equipment. He then went back a couple of days later to gather the radon results and do the roof inspection. The day of inspection 2" of snow. GREAT JOB.

He did a home inspection and a radon test before purchasing a home. He did a complete inspection. When finished the report was done and included pictures. Very professional reasonable priced would hire the next time.

Home inspection he did everything inside and out. The report when finished was very helpful. He started before we got there it was alright because it took 4 hours. We were at work and could not get out early. Would hire again and again

This was the best experience! At the end of the home inspection he completely explained what was found and handed me a report. I would recommend him to anyone.
