Tom seemed extremely nice and gave us what I believe was a fair price, however he had to reschedule several times . Twice because he did not have enough of a crew and at LEAST 2 more times when he said he scheduled other work so basically double booked and put us off. He also requested if we could pay the money up front (there was a difficult neighbor issue) so we paid him 13,000.00 IN CASH!!!! stupid us but he seemed nice and said he was bonded and lic. We paid in Feb 2011 and in Aug 2011 was still NOT DONE! In the meantime I recieved word of a reoccurance in Cancer so I called Tom and requested 1, a work invoice and a return of our money minus the work he had done( which was leveling driveway and placing forms). He said it would take a few weeks as he had already paid for our concrete and would need a refund-we told him no problem we could wait a few weeks. Now here it is Nov 18,2011 and he has yet to return a phone call, we have called numerous times, e mailed him and texted him with NO communication!! So I believe he is trying to STEAL our money !!! NO DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!!
