Provided by YP.comNot so much an "animal hospital" as advertised, but a dog and cat clinic. Refused emergency services to my ferrets which are not only legal, but popular in the state. Very disappointed for any 'doctor' to refuse a patient.
Hello Gregory. I am terribly sorry that we were not able to help your pet. We want to ensure that your pet receives the best care possible and sometimes our hospital cannot provide that care. However, we do everything we can to get your pet to the place that can, including trying to contact your regular veterinarian after hours. We can sometimes provide basic care including pain relief, and, in the worst case, euthanasia to prevent suffering, but we do not have the expertise to diagnose and treat all animals. We have several doctors that practice on food and fiber animals, as well as dogs and cats, but not pocket pets, ferrets, reptiles, and birds. Again, I am very sorry that we could not help your pet.

Provided by YP.comI've used Watertown Animal Hospital for my pets for over 30 years. They're very informative & provide the pros and cons of all treatment options available. Everyone in the office is patient, kind and understanding. Price wise they're in line with everyone else. Care wise, they do a phenomenal job.

Provided by YP.comThis was an excellent animal hospital! They were kind and informative. They offered my cat treats and helped him feel comfortable in their office, and he was rather nervous initially. I'd trust them with all future visits, and was very impressed.

Provided by YP.comThis has been my vet since I was 6 years old. I have had 6 dogs and 3 cats cared for by Watertown Animal Hospital. I have absolute confidence in and trust this vet outfit completely. They are ALL professionals and absolutely care about all of the animals they see. I have not once had a bad experience with this vet in over 30 years!
