Bad company stay away I wrote this company and no responded I called and this is what they said I would not put this water heater it my house it did not last and it cracked at the seam on the top it does not make any sense really bad customer service ... no response .... twice I sent an email

I had my 50 gallon water heater replaced on December 22,2015, it was last replaced 7/30/2010. The label on the tank said built in 2007, so I got a 3 year old one to begin with. (I have a photo to show this) I feel like I got taken, so I called your Company. The fellow who answered says nothing can be done, I ask if there is anyone I can talk to, he proceeds to call out in the room “is there anyone in room who can tell this person that we cannot do anything.” How can your company be so rude ? Reputation is one of the most important things ... i feel slighted I got a defective tank and something should have been done. The tank was very pricey and it should have lasted more then it did.
