They usually do the job pretty well.... but i recently went in for an autobody job they told me it will take a week.... its beek two and a half weeks since and they said it won't be done until the third week... There is defintely not that much damage and if they had that much work that they couldn't do it in a timely fashion then they should have informed me. I did not opt to rent a car figuring its only a week that they told me and until now i have been commuting, borrowing cars, and everything is so much more of a hassle. It's like i called and they say oh, end of the week. Then i call again oh, maybe next week, and so on. That just made me keep thinking, ok its only a few more days no need to rent a car... this prolonged for 3 weeks almost now. Overall I hope that they at least do a good job because the wait time for it should reflect that at least.
