Patriot Chimney Installed a new chimney steel liner in 2016 forgot to install the lower end cap in rental property. received calls from tenant that they where getting sick dizzy etc..and they where seen by doctors. They called me to tell me of the situation of the family getting sick and I had oil company come check out heating system did co check and draft test and they looked into chimney box and noticed there was no cap on end of new liner that patriot chimney installed for $1500.00 causing CO to enter house. Pete from Patriot offered partial reimbursement for the $400.00 repair bill. that I never received. and I followed up with him with no response. its a good thing the tenants did not end up in the hospital or worse. My recommendation do not use this company

Will not return calls, unreliable, arrogant, and untrustworthy. Overpromise under delivery.
