One of the worst travel agents in the universe. Don't go with them. They will scam your money and sleep

I had the pleasure of talking to Mr Xavier regarding air travel and return flight booking to India and back. This gentleman seems very well experienced with his profession and he provided the best available options to my complicated route plan that I was asking for. He made the booking so easy that I couldn't resist his offer and booked the itinerary immediately.
Mr. Xavier, job very well done and congrats. My word of appreciation goes to Alanita for providing the best customer service.

Jordan was great in helping me find tickets. He has done an awesome job in finding the best fares for total of 6 tickets. He worked very hard as the fares were changing constantly. He had to try different options and finally made it possible...we are flying for wedding and we had 3 different departure dates. I would recommend contacting Jordan for reservations. Jordan if you seeing this, I want to thank you for all the hard work you have done to make this happen today...I made my reservation with your help. You are the best....

We wanted to leave a review regarding Alanita as there are some negative comments that we feel do not represent the company we have used several times. There fare are very cheap as represenTed and their agents are very accomodating. Everything from meal requests to special handicap requests, their agents ask all the right questions. I booked a trip with another once to Delhi, they only gave me 45 minutes in between flights and I MISSED MY FLIGHT! Since then, I have only used Alanita as they take the time to put the plan together. If you want a great price, with great service, give them a try.

WORST BUSINESS--GOT RIPPED OFF.

STAY AWAY. They do what ever it takes, give you wrong info to get your money,once they get your money,no response. Complaining to Massachusetts Business and BBB.

Soon they will be out of business--black listed

I wont recommend this travel agent to anyone.. They are not friendly.. They dont care about the customers.They will be good till you book the tickets then they dont care when you call them back to cancel it. Today I went to their office and I really had a very bad experience.They dont respect the customers.I am really disgusted with their attitude . I will pay more and buy the ticket directly from airlines then go to so called travel agents "ALANITA"
