Premier Regret!

I purchased an Audi Q7 from them. Before purchasing the car, I asked him was there anything that I need to know about the car was there anything wrong with it? He told me that there wasn’t. I told him okay, just be honest with me I know that it’s a used car not purchasing a perfect situation I understand that people aren’t selling the cars because they’re perfect. I just don’t want any surprises. I paid them the $500 and he drove me the car here on a flat bed. When I got here I took the car for spin and checked it out there appeared to be nothing wrong with the car. He assured me that the car was fine it only had a small oil leak and they fixed it.

I purchase this vehicle on a Saturday, on Tuesday the vehicle did not start and the engine light came on. I contacted him in immediately letting him know how upset I was that immediately the engine did not start on the third day after I had the vehicle. It took me a while to get the engine to start after giving it some gas while turning the ignition.

I took the vehicle I took the vehicle to the Audi dealership to inspect it. Immediately I was told that it needed to replace the front oxygen sensors in that cost $1100. That and the blower noise was $1,660.

Since I purchased this vehicle from them I have taken it to the Audi dealership at least six times. They just shake their heads with disappointment every time I come in there because they hate to see this thing happen.
I had a long extensive list of repairs that were necessary to keep this vehicle driving. So many times as vehicle would not start and I have put over $5000 worth of repairs into this vehicle. The latest was replacing all of the hoses in the engine because they were all leaking and the air conditioning housing unit. The vehicle was leaking coolant so bad of light came on telling me to turn the car off immediately.

I recently spent another $1400 trying to figure out why the gas pedal didn’t work. And the car would not accelerate. Two days later the vehicle was right back at the dealership because it would not accelerate again, then I tried to back it into my driveway by using the reverse gear and it would not do that either. I had to call mechanic to come to my house and get it running so that I could at least drive it to the dealership to drop it off. That’s where it’s at now and for the sixth time I have a loaner from the dealership.

Every mechanic that is look at this car told me it was a horrible purchase and whoever had it before must have known about most of the problems. Especially all the leaks and hoses that need to be replaced. I just learned that sometimes these dealers have relationships with mechanics where they can have the mechanic this able the codes that have the engine light come on long enough to sell the vehicle. I feel like that’s what they did to me. Looking back I realize that they delivered it on the flatbed so that they didn’t have to drive it and run the risk of any lights coming on.

And they’re still up and running selling cars to whoever comes to them. I would urge anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to easily find any of the other hundreds of used car dealers around you and leave these guys alone. It’s not worth the risk and the feeling of disappointment and the financial of getting a good deal with somebody who seems like a nice guy for the moment.

More importantly than the bad experience of the customer, it should be important to whoever is reading this to understand the character of the representatives of this company. This is not something that they would want done to their family memb...
