Ok, so he called and apologized, which well he should have. He initially treated me badly, but then reconsidered and called me back to apologize. He was "on Call" and probably didn't want to be interrupted. Typical "doctor" reaction... All is okay now and overall the clinic is very - very good - especially for boarding.l No trauma to the animal that has been boarded. I recommend this clinic. Staff is very good, friendly and genuinely cares about your animal.
