Not guaranteed

We recently moved into a home that was repaired by Iowa Wall Systems. Almost immediately we noticed the cracks that were "fixed" re-appearing. It hasn't even been a year yet and all of the cracks are back. I called to inquire about them coming out again to repair them properly, but was told that the work is not guaranteed. I understand not guaranteeing all of your work, but the cracks re-appeared in under 6 months after being repaired. Needless to say we were not impressed. We are looking to have a different company come out to complete the work properly that was completed by Iowa Wall Systems.
