There were nothing but promises of great things to my daughter and son-in-law until they got the money. Then it was nothing but excuses. Late carpet, shoddy workmanship and TOTAL lack of communication would make me look elsewhere for flooring. People were always going to call right back, but never did. Very sad for a young couple starting out in life. Their "dream home" turned into a nightmare!!!
