I had Tony from the Drain Doctor out because I had a backup in the basement drain. He was called and was out within the hour as promised. He quickly solved my drain issue and gave me a few pointers on how to take care of my drains. He was very polite and curtious, he cleaned up the mess and even helped me move some things so he could get to the problem site. I would use him again. Thanks Tony.

Happy 2014 with backed up stool and drain./s. Very reasonably priced! Tony was very nice and cleaned up after he was done opening a drain and snaking and now we can live again! Thank you. On christmas day with a house full of people and dinner to be made my kitchen sink wouldnt drain, called several other companys in town and they wouldnt work on the holiday. My mother suggested Drain Doctor, an hour after placing the call they were here an hour later it was cleaned up and draining. The tech was very proffessional,prompt and informative, would recommend them to anyone, and it cost under 150 dollars for working on christmas, YOU CANT BEAT THAT KIND OF SERVICE.

We called a plumber on a Sat. but after checking he said there was nothing he could do but he recommended Drain Doctor. We called him but he couldn't get here until later and we were going to be gone so we made an appt for Mon. On Mon he never showed up, when we called he said he had called and since we didn't answer he skipped us. The phone happened to be broken and if he had said he was going to call first we would have called in the morning and given them a different number. He agreed to be here in an hour. 3 hours after that, when we finally reached him by phone again, he told us we would now be charged overtime and he didn't know what to do with a sewer smell but someone he talked to told him what the problem might be?!? We had told him what the plumber suggested the problem might be?!? We never met anyone who works for this company but we would NEVER recommend calling them if you have aproblem.

u think the floods of 07 @ 08 wer bad call this company once. let me tell u about their moto. get in and stick it 2 the customer hard as possible and don't worry about return calls. lack of professionalisn is so far of the charts u'll sh-t ur self. probably more than once. e-legal hook-ups is the name of the game, dig without locats at any given time. Death knocking at the door, hopefully not ur's, i pray! permits thing of the past. safe quipment-not heard of! qualified operators don't exist at this company. catastrophy not even close 2 what this company will make of ur place quickly if i don't mind adding. quality of work, cheapest product at highest price. And most important of all CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT!!!! company objective-get their money and as much of it as possible.

I've had them out 3 different times for work and they've always done a good job. They lack a bit on the professionalism, but they're a good value.
