Called Allen Glass to order replacement glass for our Thermal Guard crank windows. It took a few phone calls to get them to come and measure for the 2 windows and then when they did come in- they didn't fit. When my husband called Allen Glass to complain about the service and the length of time it will now take to re-order the glass-the salesman told him that our 'small' order didn't take priority over the $10,000 job in Waverly. The point I am making is that all customers should be important and not the size of their orders. You never know when those smaller orders may later become larger orders in the future. But we will never recommend this company based on this salesman's attitude and overall service.
