I called this guy and told him my refrigerator is not cooling. I told him it was an Amana brand. He said does it look like it could be year old. I said I don't know it came with the house it could be. He them told me to call " Peoples applicance" ca use it could be under warranty. I told him I called people's and they said it was not. He them proceeded to tell me that I just said it was under warranty. That's not what I said clearly. He then told me to try the warranty option. Here is a typical guy who doesn't want to come fix anything what a waste of my time. If it was up to me I would never call this guy to come fix anything in my house. Totally unprofessional and I was very disappointed.
