go my t_v in and espected am estimate in 4 to 5 days. 2 weeks later I called to find out no one has looked at it.

2 day's later the estimate 450 on a 375 tv.

Are you joking. Now I'm stuck with 80 estimate.

These guys don't give up. Their years of experience told them that my problem was a loose connection on a circuit board, but with hundreds of connections it was like a needle in a haystack. They resoldered suspect connections and re-tested. Even when it seemed to be better, they were not satisfied because it wasn't totally right. They stayed with problem and did find that needle in the haystack and my TV has never looked better! When others would have thrown expensive parts at the problem, they charged a very reasonable labor only price. Thanks Universal.

Thank you Universal TV for a great job fixing my TV! After calling around a few places you guys were the most reasonable as far as pricing for diagnosing the problem and the total cost. And your turnaround time of 24 hours was spectacular and much apprciated!!!

I would like to thank Universal TV for doing at great job, I took my 3 year old Samsung LCD TV to a shop in Madison Heights and they gave me a estimate of just over $480.00, I did not want to pay that kind of money to have this TV repaired. A freind of mine told me about Universal TV so I call them and spoke with JR, what a nice guy, I took the TV in to get it check out, 3 days later I got a call with a estimate of $310.00 so I had them fix and it looks and runs great.

When you need a T.V. fixed you should take it to Universal T.V. because they do what they say and say what they do. I took my new 55" T.V to Universal because the picture would go black all of a sudden. They quoted me a price and said the inspection fee would be applied to the repair total, which I thought was totally fare. They did tell me that if parts are needed that it may take a while because everything comes from overseas. The parts did take a week and one half but the T.V. works fine. I would go back again and I would recommend them to a friend. They're good people. Chuckman!

I HAD 42 PLASMA TV DROP OFF AND THEY SAID IT WOULD ONLY BE 2 DAY TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT!!! A WEEK LATER I HAD TO CALL TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY THEN SAID IT WAS 600 TO FIX MY TV (350 FOR PARTS AND 200 FOR LABOR) ,SO I WENT HOME LOOK UP THE PART THAT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 350 FOR, AND IT WAS ONLY 100 WITH A 250 CORE CHARGE!!!! THEY WAS GOING TO KEEP MY CORE MONEY!!! WHAT A JOKE OF A TV REPAIR CENTER!! WATCH GOING HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!
