They always blame their problems on the customers, then beg for reviews on Facebook. Way over priced and very limited knowledge. The girl that works here couldn't answer most of my questions and when she did answer it seemed like she didn't even know what she was talking about. There are lots of choices in Waterford I wouldn't suggest this one

Not impressed. Went in to get some dirt.. to start off, it was over priced. Discount was minimal. Nobody greeted me at the door or acknowlaged me to ask if i needed a hand. the the guy at the register was on the phone the entire time he rang me up and took my money! poor service, most likely will not visit again.
