Robert the owner has been ducking me for a year! He sold me an extended warranty with known issues to the car that he later tried to scam the warranty to fix. When I would not allow him to, because he stated in writing HE was fixing my AC. He then opted not to fix my AC when I clearly told him before paying I DID NOT want the van if he could not fix the AC. I bought the van July 2015 and still no AC or Robert! Once I get him from a different phone number he dodged that number too! Thank you Robert for your lies and I had to give you 1 star to post, you deserve a negative rating!

My husband Tony has probably bought about 15 vehicles over the past 25 years, but he has sworn that he would never buy from a dealership because he had a negative impression of "used car salesmen." We had been searching online for weeks for an 8-passenger minivan, and when "just what we had been looking for" came up at R&R Motors he reluctantly agreed we could drive three hours to look at it. Our experience there was excellent, and there was absolutely no pressure from either the man or the woman we worked with there. I think the man's name was Joe, but his signature on our paperwork was not one of his strong points, so I'm not sure. When Tony thanked him for not pressuring us in any way, he said something like, "I sure wouldn't want someone rushing me if I was trying to make a decision, so I don't do it to others." Anyway, we LOVE our new van, and wouldn't hesitate to work with R&R Motors next time around. Good luck in your search. Maybe your next vehicle is at R&R like ours was.
