Horrible!! They lie - say they are coming and don't. Absolutely no business sense at ALL! Rude, rip-offs. Do anything but use this company for service! Not kidding! I can't believe anybody would ever say anything good about them. JUST AWFUL!

81 year old had a new garage door opener installed in the summer of 2013. On Sunday September 7th 2014 the garage door opener came unattached from the door header and fell down on the door when it opened, damaging the top panel where it needs to be replaced and keeping my Dad from getting his car out of garage. Overhead door charged $107 to reattach the opener and told him he needed new top panel. Poor workmanship cause this problem, a garage door opener should fall down after a year.q

Poor workmanship , warranty labor for less then one year. 81 year old father's door opener fell down in less than a year.

Warning Warning Warning! Do not use this company for any garage services. I am not one to write reviews but I really had to for them. They will rip you off and lie to you over and over. The service man was nice but his managers are horrible. Do your business elsewhere as the managers will talk as if you are nothing. STAY AWAY!
