Lucas Olanc of Waterford, MI (owner) hides under 3 separate company names: Lucas Power Washing, Michigan Power Washing & Michigan Pressure Washing on local.yahoo. Lucas thinks he can deceive readers by posting fake 5 star reviews on multiple search engines. On yelp.com a 5 star review on Michigan Pressure Washing posted by Lucas O. of Waterford reads: "My vinyl siding is like new again!" Lucas posted his OWN name reviewing his OWN company. Nice! Oh what a surprise to see Lucas is Mr. Wonderful here on yp.com as well
Lucas must be pretty desperate for business if he has to lie & post all these fake reviews. It's clear he spends the majority of his free time writing defamatory reviews about local Michigan businesses. Lucas seems incompetent in the strategies he adopts to try to achieve success. Posting fake reviews under 3 separate company names is unfortunate. I am convinced his incompetence robs him of the ability to realize his plan will ultimately fail & be exposed.

We have several commercial properties in Oakland county. We use their services since 2001 or 2002. They started as "Lucas power washing", and later changed the name to "Michigan Pressure Washing". It's not uncommon for businesses to change names. We changed our name 4 times since our business opened in 1989. I assume Mr./Mrs Karma is talking about old/original listings on the internet. We all know how Internet works. Once posted - it will stay there. That may be the reason why there are two or three business listings on the internet with the same phone number for example, but with a different/old company name. I can assure you that there is nothing wrong with that company, and our 12 year business relationship with Mr. Lucas, and Michigan Pressure Washing is the proof.

Lucas showed up on time, did a great job, and it

was affordable. Have recommended to two of my neighbors

and the results were the same.

I will definitely use him again.
