While the replacement of sprinkler heads seems to be done properly and in an adequate amount of time, I would advise to use this company only as a last resort as dealing with the owner may not be worth the hassle.

Owner took it upon himself to change the zones of my sprinkler system without my authorization. Got an attitude back from him after I voiced my displeasure with him on the change. Upon inspecting wiring and settings, found some of the settings inside the system had been changed. Not sure if this is a case of not knowing how to use the system or changing to his own liking.

After recently moving into our home this past summer, I had no idea what I was getting into with a sprinkler system. I was informed we had one but it would need repair. I called a few places to get an idea of the problem and an estimate. As that was overwhelming itself, I came across Grooms Irrigation. They were quick to come out and assess the situation. Chris and his employee knew exactly what the issue was, how to fix the system, and they proceed to get it done quickly. Their price was under most of the estimates Inhad already been given and I was very pleased with their work. I called Grooms Irrigation to come back and winterize our system and was very pleased with our results. I look forward to having them return for spring.

Grooms Irrigation is spectacular!!! I have used Chris for winter shut off, spring start up, repairs, and snow plowing. Service is ALWAYS prompt. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and he provides quality work at a great price!

We had Grooms' come to open our sprinkler system earlier this year and scheduled them to come close it as well. Opening it went well enough, except that he showed up 2 hours late and my husband was late for work as a result. When they were scheduled to come close it, they first came on the wrong day. When we spoke to them, they assured us they would be there at the proper time. They never showed up . The work was good and fairly priced when the did it, but they are not reliable.

Quick problem diagnosis & resolution! I had some problems with my sprinkler system, Chris diagnosed it fast & repaired it faster! Also GREAT spring clean up service!

Grooms Irrigation is the most VALUABLE service around! They are very knowledgeable and friendly! I'll be referring them to my family and anybody that asks!
