I went on here to write a positive review about this dealer, but when I read some of the other reviews posted, I was in shock! My experience was great when I purchased my vehicle from them last month. This was the first time I've purchased a car on my own and it couldn't have been a better experience. The sales staff was very friendly about helping me choose a vehicle and financing option that worked for me. I was introduced to the service manager and he explained what service work had been done to vehicle and what maintenance may need to be done in the near future. I really appreciated their honesty. After reading the reviews below, I can only say that they must be under new management because I can't imagine a better experience purchasing a used car.

I would seriously reconsider purchasing a car from this dealer. They took advantage of a disabled Veteran and added a service contract and gap insurance to the contract without explaining. Fortunately both of those have an addendum saying you may cancel within 30 days and get your money back for each, with the business having 60 days to return it. We requested, with the proper documentation that the contract to be cancelled and return the amount owed within the 60 days. That was in March, today is 8/31. The money has not been returned and I've had to involve the BBB to file a complaint. If the issue isn't resolved I will take the dealership to court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

They sell lemons. It hasn't even been a year since I purchased a car from them, and I already had around 18 repairs done, totalling close to the value of the car when bought.
