These guys are great! Very professional and they didn't try to oversell me. I called to get a quote for new opener - I really didn't know what was wrong with opener. They told me it was just a gear in the opener. They changed the gears, tuned up the door and charged me a very reasonable price. I will use them again and recommend them to all my neighbors and friends! Thanks for the great experience!

They worked around my work schedule to send a tech out to fix my door promptly. Very good work, very courteous.

Our door spring broke on both sides yesterday (Sunday), had to have my neighbor help me lift the door to get my wife's car out. Saw the reviews here and called Auburn Overhead at 9am this morning - hoping we could get at least a look and a quote by mid-week.



They sent a tech out (who pointed out that probably one spring was already broken, the other one went the day before - which made more sense). He took a look, replace the spring, straightened the door, and re-adjusted the opener (which I had not done properly when I replaced the drive gears last year).



Imagine my suprise when my wife calls about an hour later - I asked, "so what did they say" - she says, "oh, they're all done - it's all set".



And the price was VERY reasonable.



In a world where it's increasing hard to find good service, at a fair price, and as promised - Auburn Overhead Door excels on all levels!!



I HIGHLY recommend Auburn Overhead Door to anyone w/any issues with garage door, opener, etc.

I personally work in the service industry and it is a breath of fresh air to know there are others out there that take customer service first. I had 1 of the 2 springs broken on my 16' garage door. Called a couple places that quoted higher prices and a longer wait time. Glad I saw Auburn Overhead Door, gave me a lower quote and said they would be over in under an hour. 20 minutes later, they were here to fix the door. Made very good suggestions to me in regards to the maintainence of the door and went to work. Finished the job in about 30 minutes and left with no hidden charges. I HIGHLY recommend this company. My spring was broken and my car was trapped in my garage. Auburn door sent a service man who arrived within 1 hour of my frantic call. I needed a good quality garage door after I stupidly backed into mine while it was closed. I called Auburn Door Inc. for a quote, which was very, very competitive, as I had been shopping around for weeks. In fact, their price for the door and install was cheaper than a "do it yourself" quote from Home Depot for a lesser quality door. When I said I was interested, Tom came out that same day to look at my door, and came back the very next morning with his son to remove the old door and install the new one. The door looks and works great, and the price certainly was right. I found the company to be very reliable, professional, and courteous. In fact, the owner offered to come by some weekend, at no charge, to grease my opener, which was not part of the work performed. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of parts and labor. I had a major break down on christmas eve and called auburn door at 6:00 p:m, they were here within 30-45 minutes and had my door working, and relesed my hostage held cars. I expected to pay a large premium and was pleasantly surprised when the service man only charged the normal service charge, Which I thought was more than reasonable, I would reccomend Auburn Door for any of your door repairs or replacements. I was locked in my garage and needed to go to work, I called Auburn Door and they had a repair man here within an hour. It turns out I had a broken spring, They fixed the door and had me on my way in 45 minutes. The price was more than reasonable and my door works great. Thanks Auburn Door for a great job.
