My water softener started leaking and I found AAA Quality Water Conditioning, I called at 8:00 in the morning and Mark was at my house at 10:00. He assessed my problem and determined I needed a new system, he was very polite and courteous as he explained all my questions and concerns. After he finished the installation he cleaned up and took away all debris. Thank you Mark for coming so promptly, I will call this company again.

Mark meet my wife and I at his store and he answered all of our questions. He was even able to install a new water softener system in our nearly 100 year old house (where there had never been one) in under an hour, the same day, and for the price quoted. He cleaned up the area when he we done. Very professional. We recommend AAA Quality Water Conditioning.

My wife and I recently moved to Metamora last August and the previous owners were renting a Culligan Water Conditioner which we continued renting because I was not ready to install a new system. I did a lot of research on different systems right after moving but during the winter the new Water Conditioner was put on the back burner. I was not happy with Culligan's service, I called twice to have them come out to look at my system because it did not seem to be working correctly. The brine tank was filthy looking and I was told this was normal. I might add that this system was at least 10 years old or older that I was paying rent on. After the Culligan Water Conditioner stopped working I called them and told them either replace with new or I will replace them. They reluctantly decided to replace the unit, but having second thoughts on this I decided to find something else. I had researched the Fleck Water Conditioners and found that they were excellent in quality and after searching for local dealers and came upon Mark from AAA Quality it was late at night when I called, and he gave me a price and installed the next day a Fleck Water Conditioner, Iron Filter and a reverse Osmosis system. Mark was up front with me, honest and very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I might add that we noticed the quality of our water get 100 percent better almost overnight. I just wish that we would have done this right after we moved in, we could have had quality water and not have wasted money on renting a outdated system from Culligan. Thanks Mark.

I called and they came out the same day. In a couple hours they had it installed and working. I checked around and the price was lower than the big companies. They even filled it with salt. I Highly recommend AAA Quality Water Conditioning!

Mark was awesome! We called him in the morning because we were fed up with our stinky yellow hard water, and he was at our house the same afternoon. He was friendly and very efficient, in and out in just 45 minutes. He also noticed a hook up issue with our sprinklers that would make that water also be softened, costing us a ton of money in salt. He offered to fix this for us as well! We love supporting small businesses and Mark makes his an easy choice with great prices, product, and service.

I would recommend this business to anyone thinking of installing a water softener or having any work done. After leaving the competition, Mark gave me a price the was significantly lower. Offered great advice, great customer service, and answered questions I had about my unit. Did not try to inflate the price or over sell. Local business and competitive, would not think of doing business elsewhere.

I called several companies to get a estimate for a water softener. AAA Quality Water Conditioning not only had the best price, but the owner had everything on his truck and did the job right then. It took about two hours and he was done. My water has never been so good. It used to be rusty and I actually considered moving. I hated it. Now that is all a thing of the past and we enjoy our water. It's just amazing!!!! I highly recommend you call AAA Quality Water Conditioning.

AAA Quality Water Conditioning of Waterford Michigan came out and Mark di a super job. He beat the other companies price as well as he came out on a Sunday. The system works great. He also explained everything to us.The office has moved though they are at 7924 Cooley Lake Rd. Waterford, MI
