I set up an appointment over a week ago for an inside repair on my fireplace. My appointment was 9-12 and I never received a call and nobody ever showed up. When I called, they had a wrong service for me and said it was due to rain even though my repair was indoors. Not a professional or customer service oriented company to work with. I would not recommend to use them.

This company cancelled my appointment two times.

The first time becuase it looked like it might rain,

the second time because I was scheduled, yes scheduled, for

a 4:00 pm appointment and since this was a "late" appointment

they called and said that the fellas didn't want to wait around

when they were done with their previous appointment!

Obviously, they did not really want my business.

They are not reliable at all. The woman on the phone was

not very considerate. There were many companies listed in the

Yellow Pages and so I will give my business to someone else.
