I see this store has managed to keep their customers happy, however, as a newer customer I must share my unpleasant experience with a particular worker/owner, Dawn. I bought a sterling silver necklace and a week later it was tarnished. When I go to return, exchange or what ever their policy calls for damaged items JUST AFTER A WEEK, has now become cold an unfriendly. Dawn’s demeanor was very unwelcoming and sarcastic. Instead of having openness and understanding she was more appalled that I would even return it. The store Ultimately had it cleaned which was fine but as customer who has bought from your store a few times and had been satisfied up until this point, customer service was extremely poor on her part. And for that I will not be purchasing from there again nor will I recommend it.

I think they were the friendliest and helpful like always smiling made me feel very comfortable with my many purchases. They have great jewelry it is always so clean and always smells so good.

Not only did you personally make her feel good, but the job you did to turn my Dads wedding ring into a heart that she can carry around her neck, is second to none. Your kindness and magnificent work, was uplifting to my Mom and bought her a little peace, for this I am grateful. Thank you.

This place is amazing. I was able to stop by here on my way home and found an awesome present for my mom. The staff was able to help me pick out an amazing braclet and my mom loves it
