Louie's, without doubt, makes the best pizza and sandwiches I've ever had, and when you can, give their cheesecake a try. Mouthwatering.
The only things I'm not crazy about is how small, and noisy the restaurant can be (it's always packed though, so that will tell you a lot right there!) and they will occasionally, due to the noise within the store, get the order wrong no matter how many times you go over your order with them. Hey, even their mix ups are delicious, so I can't complain too much.
If you haven't been there yet, or ordered from them, (they deliver all over Waterbury) definitely give them a try. You won't regret it.

First off when I called to place the order the girl was VERY RUDE, and seem to have a problem with answering my 2 questions I had about there Chicken parm grinder and then if I wanted delivery it would've took an hour to get here(which I guess is ok being it is a Saturday night , maybe its just I'm still a little pissed about the rudeness of the employee) I will def be writing about the food after I have tried it, becuz maybe all this will be all worth it!!!

Absolutely terrible. I have no idea how a restaurant could screw up orders to the magnitude that Zachary's manages to. I ordered a spinach and cheese salad, and a roast beef sandwich. I was completely astounded when a roast beef salad showed up at my door! along with a regular salad, with what appeared to be fecal matter on top. After speaking to the manager, I was told that they only use canned spinach. They had simply taken a regular salad, thrown CANNED spinach on top, and tossed some pizza cheese on it! That is not a Spinach and cheese salad. Disgusting service, I was hung up on twice, and denied a refund. DO NOT GO TO ZACHARY's PIZZA!

The pizza is pretty good. I can see why a slice is only $1.50. The mushrooms used are from a can and the pepperoni has been frozen several times. I can't comment on other food as I've never had but I must say as a visitor to Waterbury, there HAS to be a better pizza place.

This place has awesome food! I love the chicken parm grinders, pizza, and salads! I have tasted chix parm grinders from other places and i must say they make it the best!

the slice was quite a very good price $ 1.50 only for a slice and the slice was big and i was shock that it was so cheap and it taste so good i just kept coming over and eat there all the time at least 4 time a week.
