HORRIBLE Customer service. They submitted insurance claim wrong for over 2 months and 2+ months later I still do not have my orthotics even though they are supposedly sitting on their shelf made waiting for insurance company to pay them. Meanwhile I am still in pain. Do not waste your time with this company

I have been coming to Modern Limb and Brace since I was a child (I am 39 years old now) Mr. Ortel and staff, are the most professional and knowledgeable in the business. They genuinely care about the patient. If I have ever had an issue, they handled the situation right then and there. They were only concerned with the well being of the patient, not the size of their bank account. I would recommend Modern limb and brace to anyone looking for good old fashioned honest service.
