First two visits were not bad. Third time they forgot to trim nails and I've spent a week trying to get rid of the flea infestation we inherited from snoopys. I've had to flea dip my pup twice now. He was already frontlined. And the carpets have had to be cleaned as well. Prices are different each time and no breakdown of cost. Just random charge. The trim was cute, but we won't go back. To be fair this isn't the only grooming salon that sent our dog back with fleas. I think I'm going to Diy from now on.

Don't understand the bad reviews... I have been bringing my dogs here for 5 years now, I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. I love how my standard poodle Lucy looks after her groom. The staff have all been very nice to me and my family. I love snoopys

Other people, with positive reviews, must not care about the way that they are treated and the concept of good customer service. Look somewhere else, where you will be met with a better attitude and service. If you are not treated well, how do you think your pet will be treated?

To Anon -- I have used Snoopy's for Years and Years. This is a wonderful facility.The Big Lady up front has always been very kind and professional with us and our pets. And the grooming prefect every time. I also boarded my pets there on many occasions. I have never seen all the pets running loose outside, they are always on a leash being walked by the staff. There's no fence and there's no ditches. There's a 12 ft drop culvert behind them. if the dogs were in there it would hurt them. I know this because I walk my dogs back there every time I pick them up from grooming. There is no way Snoopy's would turn all the dogs loose. That's crazy. I came to city search to give a atta boy to Snoopy's, and was shocked to see your false and way out of review on such a great place. If they did these claims they would not be in business for 20 plus. I highly recommend Snoopy's Dog House

I just boarded my 2 dogs there for 4 days. The staff said my dogs were so funny! Normaly when I leave my dogs somewhere they do not eat there food. My dogs ate all there food! I will definatly board them there again cause my babies were so comfortable there!

Love this place. Took our very big Akita Charlie there. They gave him the best deshed we've ever seen. And the price was very reasonable. Will definitely go back again. and the salon was a real treat, nice and really nice people.

Great People, been taking our pets to Snoopys for 20 plus years.Never a complaint one have I had.All our pets (and may I say a lot in the years) are always happy going in and coming home.I think the city should do something special for their 25th year of happy pets and customers like us. Hope Guy and Kathy is around another 25. Wouldn't know what to do without them!!! Highley recommend.

Not the worst experiance but really not the best either. When I dropped my puppy off for her first ever grooming I was wanting some reassurance that she was going to be fine and exactly how they were going to cut her hair. After handing her over they were very short with me and were so busy inside they took no time to be personable. I waited for many hours to get her finally at 530 I walked in to ask about her, tired of waiting on a phone call, and they told me she was done. Who knows how long I might have waited on a call if i hadn't gone in. An okay place to go if you don't mind a hectic drop off and a late pick up. Haircut looked fine but not exactly what I wanted.

I took our 1yr old Min. Schnauzer to Snoopys Dog House for the first time on June 13th (2009). Wow!! We've been to the other places....you know the ones, they are cold and the animals aren't given any love and attention to make them comfortable.

Well, not only did they treat her wonderfully...this is ABSOLUTELY the best grooming she's ever had. She absolutley looks like a show dog!!

We will NEVER take Hannah anywhere else from now on!!

CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY... EXCELLENT VALUE...

But she always feels better when she gets home. They do a great job with our dog. Only place we have ever taken her.

We take our dog there for great hair cuts....they have been our choice for years. We trust our dog will receive great care there.
