Horrible customer service. After having a part on order for over two months it finally comes in and I wasn't given priority to install it had to wait all day. Bad decision making and horrible business not to mention lack of it. Lowes please drop these guys from doing your installs it reflects on you.

Awesome experience! Called them for freezer problem - They came out that day (Kyle) came right out and fixed it within hours. He had to go then extra mile for us as our frozen up freezer was messed up more than usual; he did the job and the price was very good. Highly recommend them.

Customer service is horrible they told my wife the wouldn't work on her stackable unless she unstacked them which makes no since what is she was an older widow and the lady on the phone just rude

There repair to my Refrigerator Ice maker, was great. They listened to my concerns, gave me a few self help options that I applied, followed up with proper repairs that cost far less then I had anticipated. I had contacted other repair facilities and there responses were to come out, look at the Refrigerator Ice maker, decide what to do next, give estimates on repairs, which far surpassed "Stan's" costs, then would have to return again to do repairs, costing me even more. I have no issues with recommending "Stan's Appliance repair", and feel assured that you will be as pleased with there service as I was!

You know,stans lets guys in off the street,to do on the job training on your electrical devices in your home - with your kids running by them!They have poor tech skills,terrible in home repair(meaning how to act in ones home,cursing and such).None of them are licensed.And if they call (even when you have a scheduled appt.) and you do not answer - they go on with their day!You are pushed back. Oh yeah that is great customer service.
