During a visit, I employed Glenn from Comtronics to repair my marine electronics because it was very erratic. I really thought it all would have to be replaced but I heard about the honesty and straightforward service so I gave it a desperation try. After a little testing he explained the connections to ground and between units were not secure and were causing this erratic operation. Glenn very methodically soldered and reconnected every one of these and it worked perfectly. No new parts. Just excellent workmanship.

Can you put negative stars ?? That's how bad my experience was. WARNING!! -- worst business in Alaska. Brought our TV in because it would not turn on. Went to pick it up to find severe damage to the entire thing. Scratches, broken plastic. Thing wasn't even put back together. When we called the owner he said he didn't care and cursed us out then hung up on us. He requires all money up front without the promise he can fix something- no refunds. Take your electronics ANYWHERE but here

Thank you for fixing my computer! Glen was awesome. Super helpful and friendly, the price was affordable and he kept me updated on what was happening throughout the repair. He even let me come by after hours (I worked late) to pickup my laptop.

Very good experience! I needed a 35 foot cord for my school's sound system. He made the cord for me and it works great. We are taking our electronics to him. Nice guy with LOTS of experience in the field of electronics.

I had a terrible experience down there they took my Hard Drive out of my computer and put some one else Hard Drive in it and the owner Glen Fryfogle said that is impossible but yet I have the hard that provies him wrong so to the Better Business Bureau I go and soon to court. Consumers Beware ����������������

Our television was not working and we thought it may be a better option to try to fix it, than buy a new one. It was a GREAT decision. The staff was so kind and patient in explaining everything. Price was reasonable, too! Would highly recommend.

I have had many of my computers repaired and they have done a wonderful job,I also have had them meet me after hours cause I couldn't make it during working hours they also have went out of there way to help me any way they can I will go back any and every time I need there assistance

I took my computer to them asking if they could unlock it after i had forgot passwords, Not ten min into it problem solved. The phone rang in the time it took to drive to fred myers. They can get it done.

Glenn was amazing. He busted his butt to get our computer fixed when it crashed in the middle of my wife's paper that was due in two days. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys are awesome!!!!! They have helped me in two emergency cases so far and have been kind and courteous. They are honest and explain things in a caring and kind manner.

Glenn was very helpful. He made a special trip to the shop on Father's Day to get a part for me. Knowledgeable reasonably priced and courteous.
