If I could give half a star I would

I went to Renaissance because I was overloaded with work and needed to get a friend's laptop repaired. I was met by a man who rapidly became arrogant when I asked specific questions to specific problems, He acted like he was the sole conduit to I.T. knowledge. He was unaware I hold a PhD in Computer Information Systems; he should have been able to guess from the questions asked. A gentleman came from the back tech area. I asked him and he was helpful. I was told I could pick-up the laptop in 24 hours. In fact, they told me I was next up. The had a sign behind the back counter that guaranteed next day service, and a chalkboard with a hand printed list of current projects...there was one. I came back the next day and they told me they had been flooded with work...the 24 hour sign was missing, and they told me I should come back 3 days on (a Friday) and that I would be able to pick it up at that time. Along comes Friday. I show-up again and, again the laptop is not ready...the arrogant person wanted to argue about what he had promised. I stopped him, paid him for nothing, took the laptop and fixed it myself (Which is what I should have done in the first place.).
