the guy they sent out to check out my dryer didn't know what he was doing. Told me he thinks it's the motor but honestly, I felt like he didn't know for sure. I asked how much it would cost to replace the motor. He said over $200. I told him I could find a motor for much less than that and he said, "we can't repair it unless you buy the motor from us". He also tried to sell me a refurbished dryer for $150 w/ a 60 day warranty! I basically wasted $70 and will make sure I tell everyone not to call this company!

WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT

St. George is a small town.. Please get the word out about this company. I am a firefighter and also work for lowes. I friend of mine purchased a refrigerator from them. They told them it was new and gave her a 90 day warranty on it. 5 months later it's shot. Yes it's after the 90 days but a $600 refrigerator should not last 5 months. BUYER BEWARE ... post all over and tell everyone

absolutely the worst appliance repair company in st George, Utah. They don't even honor their own appointments. Cost me several hundred dollars waiting at home for them...called to find out if they were coming and they said no..even though I had a appointment...glad I called because no one was going to call me.
