We want to be your spa. Group parties welcome. This Tuscan-themed day spa is decorated in warm earth tones. All of the treatment rooms are named after Tuscan sanctuaries, rivers, or cities. A spacious relaxation room allows guests to come early or stay later after their spa day to enhance their spa experience and enjoy snacks and spa drinks. For an unusual but romantic experience, try the Muddy Buddies Retreat. During it, a couple escapes to a private steam experience shower complete with colored lights, music, & essential oils with a bowl of spa mud and a bowl of aromatic, exfoliating body scrub. For half an hour, each applies the mud and body scrub to the other to prepare for a one-hour candle lit couples massage. We bring to you an exceptional spa experience. Impolite receptionist / False advertisement / It looks like a deal, but no!

The receptionists (two of them) have been very unpleasant. Alicia is always very friendly. 1. Two of the young receptionists are very impatient. Unless you want to buy products, they are not willing to answer questions.2. When I ask if I could use the any offer or coupons, they simply say âNOâ, not rudely, but not welcoming either. Donât feel like going to back.False advertisement: 1. The Motherâs Day Special: âMom & Meâ Ad: 3 of 30min services: massage + facial + pedicure = $135Turth: Original prices: 30 mins: massage($50) + facial($50) + pedicure($35) = $135(*Monthly special pedicure is already $35, having 2 other services do not make sense.)2. Coupons on www.localsaver.com: Ad: Luxury Duo Bliss for $120 for 2hrs. âEnjoy 2 luxury 1 hr spa services of your CHOICE on the same spa day. You save $20 with this special offer.âTruth: â2 luxury 1 hr spa services of your CHOICEâ means 1 hr massage ($75) + 1 hr manicure / pedicure ($55) = $110.NO CHOICE. No $20 saving.

terrible

paid for a service i didnt receive. i wanted a pedicure, she looked at my nails said i didnt need any work done to them then just put the polish on!!!! talked to the owner and she wasn't willing to work with me on a refund. my massage therapist literally had body odor and was heavily breathing on me the whole time!! very unhappy experience i'll never return.

Excellent. I live in California yet when I visit Utah, I ALWAYS visit this spa. The owner, Michelle, is quite pleasantl, knowledgable regarding facials and skin care products and she ensures that you have an above satisfactory experience at her Spa.

New Image is a spa you'll compare all others to!

When I first started trying diff spas in the area i had a coupon to try several diff services at new image. since then i've tried about 4 diff spas and rate new image the best! overall value is great - ambience is awesome - services are awesome - try it and treat yourself! :)

We have a locker room complete with every thing you could possibly need. Robes & Slippers, Spa Wraps, Hair Tools & Supplies, Skin Care, Lockers, Showers, Razors, Toothbrushes, Make-Up Area and much more. We also have a Relaxation Room with complementary spa tea, electrolyet drinks and snacks. This room is spacious to make you comfortable, even on busy spa days. We have 2 Private Steam Experience Showers complete with Aromatherapy, Colored Lights and Relaxing Music, Spa Therapy Baths and a FREE Infra Red Sauna that is private and must be scheduled. OUr spa can service 10 to 20 people per hour depending on the service choice, so we are great for large and small groups. Celebrate your special occasion with us.
