Stereooutlet Subcontracts Car Audio install and they don't tell you. No car audio expertise.

I came in to their showroom and made a poor judgement that these guys know what they are doing. Purchased and scheduled an install for front polk components and an amplifier. Estimate was $750. It was a hatchback and we discussed where the amp would be installed to maximize cargo room. Custom amp rack on left side of hatch we agreed on. Dropped car of on thursday evening and they told me to come and pick up on saturday evening. Keep in mind I am 45 minutes from their store. I come saturday - "oh car is not done, come back monday night". I wish i just got my car at that point. I go to there store monday night, "car is still not done, we're sorry:". O.k. where is the car? "Oh, its at an off-site location." Now im gettin nervous. "Well drop the car at your business tommorow, were really sorry." Car comes the next day to my biz. Amp installed on the back seats becoming an obstacle for anything in the hatch and now they want an extra $300. I laughed at them and took the car. Yikes!
