I absolutely love the Spa and the Center! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The services at the spa are amazing and don't even compare to other spas I've been to! I would highly recommend Spa Harmony to anyone!

I have been traveling around the states for years on business and my job recently took me to Washington, PA for 2 weeks. The hotel I stayed in recommended this spa being that it was so close to the hotel. When I arrived to the Spa Harmony it was a bit confusing to me because there were people coming in and out and it was not 100% clear to me where the entrance to the spa was or where I needed to check in. However a young lady promptly asked me where I needed to go and directed me to the reception desk. I had a 90 min therapeutic massage that was out of this world! The massage therapist brought me into a very cozy and serene room where My therapist was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about my complaint-mild back pain from traveling so frequently. I have to say this was by far one of the BEST massages that I have had in a long time. I left feeling very satisfied and no back pain! Thanks Spa Harmony!

The place is amazing, but if you don't plan on using the pool, participating in the classes and working out EVERY time that you are there, it is entirely too much money to join. For the amount of money that you pay, you would think that the childcare would be included. They do offer a three-month membership for a specific price, but that too is really expensive unless you plan on spending four hours there daily using every piece of equipment available. I was very disappointed in the way the place was managed as well. There is a total lack of communication within the company. The people at the front desk do not handle messages or important information in the appropriate way. The people in the offices do not take complaints seriously, you are put on the back burner until you finally get fed up and throw a fit.

The only thing I found great were the wonderful women in the child care area! These women are wonderful, they are great with the kids and they are a delight to speak with.

I found that some of the trainers are very nice and helpful, while others are the opposite. There are times when the machines are filled and you are waiting in line to use a machine, this is nerve wracking because you can wait up to 20 minutes for a machine.

The locker rooms are decent and the people who clean the towels are more polite then the people at the front desk. Personally, I was not thrilled with the spa; they did a terrible job when I got a pedicure and a manicure done. I received better service at a nail place in the mall then I did at the spa. I would not recommend spending your money on joining this center; I feel that it is not worth it.
