Nothing good here. Staff, Prices, Delivery service, customer service is irritating and their products are also low quality.

Nothing except bad experience at Progressive Mobility. Maybe I have wasted my money and time but I will be more careful next time and find another store.

I needed a wheelchair and they told me that they will able to deliver it next day but they delivered it after 1 week and I refuse to get it because I have purchased another from other store. This type of business is just waste of time and money.

We've had ongoing problems with the wheelchair they sold us. First, we specified that we needed a chair that would go outside. Later, when the chair they sold started having problems (within months of purchase) they told us that we needed to not take the chair outside. Now they refuse to service the chair, despite being listed as a 'service provider' with the chair manufacturer.

I would suggest going elsewhere, anywhere else. I've dealt with numerous medical supply companies over the years, and this place is the worst as far as taking responsibility for their products.

this place is very unprofessional, oh they are very nice as they are suckering you into a eight thousand dollar power chair, they make u all kinds of promises, they delivered the chair had problems with the seating....ha ha they totally ignored me I had to fight and fight and still got no where. also a ninety yr old gentlemen (my neighbor) spent a thousand dollars on a recliner lift hair and they knocked over his mail box the driver admitted to doing it and yet when he called to get them to reapair it they said thy would not pay for mail box it was old....the guy just spent a thousand on a chair...run from this company they are crooked as hell......

The company just lost one possible customer

Boy! This is a company you would not want to do business with. I am looking for an electric wheelchair or scooter for my mother. From Google I found two suppliers in Washington, PA. Progressive Mobility is one of them. I called and the woman answered the phone, she was rude, unwilling to help as soon as I asked: "Do you work with Medicare?" A simple no would do, but she started to yelling over the phone. The company just lost one possible customer. If she worked for me, she would be fired.

With all the terrible reviews of Progressive Mobility, you may be wondering, "How does a place like this stay in business?" Here is one possible way:

Within one or two days after I made a credit card purchase at Progressive Mobility (my first purchase with that particular credit card in months), I received a call from the credit card company that my card number had been used multiple times at gas stations in Florida.

I went back to the store and told the manager or owner, that one of his employees must have stolen the card number. He denied that it happened in his store and insisted that it occurred elsewhere, but his body language seemed to say otherwise -- he barely looked up from reading a catalog to acknowledge me.

If you shop here, pay cash. But don't shop here.
