20 rings before the phone was finally answered, then approximately 10-15 minutes on hold to see if an order was in, finally to be told to call back in a hour or two until another person would be in and would know how to check to see an order status.
Other then that.... 2 stars for an average and the service that I hope I'll receive in a hour or two.
