Horrible customer service, the girl who answers the phone is nasty and a liar. Does not follow up on anything. They were paid in full over 10 months ago and have yet to put the footer in for the stone.

Probably not a good idea to joke about a person who was cremated by saying "Which side's the head?" and then laughing, at the funeral, with the family still sitting there.
