The doctor at this office should not be permitted to practice. Make sure equipment is cleaned in front of you. Make sure they Bill insurance correct. Ask questions. Make them read current glasses take eye pressures make them go b dilation drops they will skip all possible steels. If plssible go elsewhere make sure to get copy of chart they will lose it

What a zoo. Staff quit doctor taking calls doing all himself cant get contacts. Closed all different times no one returns calls glasses are wrong cant see insurance charged wrong

Biggest joke in wash. Dirty nasty not find my file or glasses doctor had to exam again he smells. Say another two weeks for glasses. Say manager and other staff left and that is reason glasses are lost. Good for those people run fast from the dump. I will never be back. Welfare insurance should not be limited to seeing this nut case doctor. People need a choice. The staff needs a rude wake up call. Be nice to people clean your act up wash yourself. Learn your job

At appointment same staff as always friendly people then contacts were ready and no one had a clue all new people with no idea what to do. I will never be back .

Where is the board of health? Had an exam and young pregnant girl had to assist doctor she measured my eyes and gave the doctor my information. Dr. Kept calling me by another name and never even looked into eyes with machine. Another lady showed glasses and put contacts in my eyes told her I could not see. She talked to doctor who agreed to make a change he was giving me the wrong contacts

Doctor is like a hundred and employees homeless people how is this place allowed to offer exams in a building needing condemned

called tammy the office manager and told her i had to work and needed my son's glasses he was going home to his mother so she made arrangements to open on a Sunday so we could get the glasses while there i also picked 2 back up pair for my children because they have a school special for $25.00

when arrived at appointment they had young girl running the office she was clueless the lady in charge had left to do banking and phones were ringing people everywhere and the Dr was still at lunch. This girl will never be able to handle this busy office she could not get my insurance was not answering calls, kept telling people to come back later because she did not know whatever they were asking. She had a verbal match with one person about coming at the wrong time. This was the worst expierence I have ever had. After about 1/2 hour the lady who runs the office came back and started waiting on people right in the receptionist area to get to everyone quickly and fix the girls mess. This girl should not be alone she is rude to people and has no idea what to do without her boss.

WHEN VISITING FAMILY MY GLASSES WERE BROKEN AND THIS DR SAW ME SAME DAY AND I GOT CONTACTS THEN GLASSES WERE MAILED TO MY HOME THEY EVEN TOOK MY INSURANCE

the exam was very basic no wasteing your time on extra test you don't need no filling out paper after paper of medical questions and the coach frames were just what I was looking for

my grandma gone to this dr over 40 years and now the whold family goes it like family the same receptionist all the time not like most places where they don't know you because they are differnt workers. the only new one is the nurse and she was very good she tested my eyes

Recently I had my 3 children at Dr. Feldstein's office for exams glasses and contacts. The service was great not like other places that take our insurance and rush us in and out. We were treated like the other patients in the office. Each of my girls were given an exam and the oldest was fit with contact lenses. All three ordered glasses which they were allowed to choose. The Doctor's assistant who worked with my oldest was so kind and patient going over and over the contact lenses. She then explained our insurance and options available to us. Five days later we picked up all of the glasses and again the assistant took extra time to work with us. The kid's love their glasses and everything fits fine. I would recommend this office to anyone with young children.

I went to another office because the Feldstein did not have any openings for over 2 months. I should have waited. I will never go elsewear again. I rreceived my glasses and could not see I went back 3 times to this other location and they could not correct the problem. Then I called Dr. Feldstein and was set up with an appointment to see the optician she was great. This girl asked many questions then she looked at my glasses and my old broken glasses. She asked me what I like to do reading, puzzles etc. Then she showed me a different frame something smaller and said she could cut my lenses to fit it and that would lower the bifocal which was high. She was willing to work on these and save me buying another pair of lenses. This girl is new to Dr. Feldsteins but she knows what she is talking about. When I picked the glasses back up she check them and had me read a chart before leaving. I can see fine now. I will return.
