I feel the service technicians at Unnerstall Tire Center take care of my car like it was their own. I am confident that when I have a problem they will repair it efficiently and cost-effectively. I appreciate their integrity and willingness to explain what they did and why and what the costs were. As a woman, I appreciate their integrity and professional attitude; I never feel condescended to or taken advantage of. I've had them working on my cars since the early 80's. Back then they kept my "clunker" running smooth, despite its age and high mileage. Now I have a better car and trust they will help me keep it running for a long time...it may be my last car.

A great local small business, everyone there is very friendly and honest. You can drop off your vehicle and know it will get the best service for the problems that actually need fixing. Service is also very fast! Buy your tires from these guys and you get free tire rotation as long as you have the tires. It is a great feeling to be able to give my business to this local, small business instead of a large chain.

STAY WAY. They charge 76.00 an hour labor and MORE THAN DOUBLE the costs of the parts. I found the same parts at Auto Zone for half the price. And you know Autozone is making a profit so I am not comparing the parts costs to wholesales costs. Poor business ethics. Will never go there again.
